Parts of my body

My eyes left in Kabul
My mind in Bamyan
My heart in Badakhashan
My whole body hurts
When I get to see each of these photos
As women, I was a mother for my children
As girl, I was a teacher to my students
As person, I was an strong woman to walk around for my gender and generations
I can’t forget to forgive you
You came with war, conflict and killing
You killed my soul, left my body parts in different places
My country is a beautiful place but you’re dark mindset, made it a place full of bloods, wounds and tears
I can’t forget to forgive any of your mistakes
You’re always an abstacles to my education
My development
My freedom
My inspiration
I can’t forget to forgive you
